2007 Stellafane Convention Online Registration

1) Familiarize Yourself with Information

Please read the registration page so you know what you need to register for.

2) Make your Personal Registration Selections:
    Quantities can be edited and added on the View Cart Page.
    Use the Continue Shopping button on the PayPal cart page to return to this page and add other items;
    If you are using a tabbed browser, you may have to manually flip between tabs.

Personal Registration for each adult attending Friday-Sunday Children under 16 with adult are free. $30 each ($20 before July 21 and $40 at the gate)	CLOSED
add Early Entry Permits for each adult wishing to enter on Thursday. Requires Personal Registrations (above).  Children under 16 with adult are free. $10 each (Not available at the gate)	CLOSED

3) Make your Camping Registration Selections:
    If you are camping at Stellafane, select one of the two items below.
    Quantities can be edited and added on the View Cart Page.
    Use the Continue Shopping button on the PayPal cart page to return here and add other items;
    If you are using a tabbed browser, you may have to manually flip between tabs.

Camping Registration Each campsite registration must be accompanied by at least one personal registration. One vehicle per site and one tent or camper per site. Campsites $30 each

RV Registration $50 each for RV's or Towed Campers over 17'. (Not available at the gate) Please read the Large Camper policy on the Registration Page, There are special restrictions and conditions on Large Campers. Note: This special permit requirement specifically does not include large SUV type trucks such as the Ford Excursion, that are not set up as campers or light duty popup campers that expand to over 17 feet after being placed on their site. Includes camping registration and Thursday entry.

4) Optional Donations
    The Springfield Telescope Makers would appreciate your contribution to Flanders Pavilion,
    our new, spacious, dry, permanent building to replace the tent designed to improve your
    convention experience. All donations are tax deductible, as we are a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization.

Pavers We will be placing more than five thousand concrete pavers on the floor to keep out dampness and provide a solid surface. For only $25 you can purchase a one-foot square concrete paver. A commemorative plaque will be on a map placed inside the pavilion showing exactly where your paver is. Each plaque can have three lines of text with up to 10 characters on each line. Please specify plaque text in the donations box on the last page when you check out. More Info...

5) View Cart and Check Out
    When you are satisfied with your selections, press the 'View Cart' button below, then use the
    'proceed to checkout' button on your shopping cart to purchase the registrations items you have
    selected. When the transaction completes, you are registered. You will not receive any other
    confirmation from us. Print your receipt and bring it with you, please.  PayPal sometimes uses
    unexpected names and we may have trouble finding your record; having your receipt will
    avoid problems with these quirks. Thank you!
