2008 Stellafane Convention Online Registration

Welcome to the on-line registration for the 2008 Stellafane Convention. Before starting, please read the general registration page so you know what your registration requirements and options are. Then fill out this simple form to register online and pay with PayPal.

Online registration closes on July 27 at midnight EDT. If you miss this deadline, you can still attend convention by paying at the gate upon your arrival Friday or Saturday (but note that this will cost you more, it is much more economical to pre-register early). You will not be able to enter on Thursday without a pre-registration.

One vehicle per site and one tent or camper per site. $30.00 $ RV Registration for RV's or Towed Campers over 17'. (Not available at the gate) Includes Camping Permit and Thursday entry; Requires Convention Registrations for all Adults $50.00 $ Please read the Large Camper policy on the Registration Page, There are special restrictions and conditions on Large Campers. Note: This special permit requirement specifically does not include large SUV type trucks such as the Ford Excursion, that are not set up as campers or light duty popup campers that expand to over 17 feet after being placed on their site. Includes camping registration & Thursday entry. Donations The Springfield Telescope Makers would appreciate your contribution to the Flanders Pavilion, our new, spacious, dry, permanent building to replace the tent and designed to improve your convention experience. We are carrying a large mortgage on this building and need to pay it off. All donations are tax deductible, as we are a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization. Thanks for your help! Donations of $110 or more will get your name on a plaque in the building, see Pavilion Info for details. $ $ Pavilion Pavers More than 5,000 one-foot square concrete pavers will be placed on the floor to keep out dampness and provide a solid surface. Please specify plaque text above for each paver purchased. Grand Total $ Total & Submission When you are satisfied with your selections, press the 'Submit & Pay' button below. This will transmit your registration information to Stellafane, and take you to PayPal to process your payment. You may briefly see the a page with the word 'redirect' on it while we transfer you to PayPal - this is normal. Your registration is not valid until you successfully pay us through PayPal! When the PayPal payment is complete, you are registered. You will not receive any other confirmation from us. Print your PayPal receipt and bring it with you, please.
