Our on-site food vendor this year is again Jim Ferguson of Springfield. Yes, it's true, he got a standing ovation his first year at the 2016 Convention Saturday evening program!
Friday Lobster Dinner
New in 2017, this Friday dinner option was very well received and very popular.
Your must pre-order. You will be able to do this in our on-line registration, or see the poster at right for phone or e-mail options.

Saturday Chicken Dinner
A Stellafane tradition, this Saturday dinner has always been popular and often sells out.
Your should pre-order. You will be able to do this in our on-line registration, or see the poster at right for phone or e-mail options. There will be a limited number of tickets available for purchase at convention. Pre-ordering insures you will be able to get these dinners, should tickets sell out at convention before you have a chance to get one.

General Menu
Here is what will be available at the food tent during convention, in addition to the two pre-ordered dinners above.
The food service tent is located just to the south of the bunkhouse and east of tee-shirt sales area.
Food service will be available for Thursday dinner and for Friday breakfast if you are using our Early Entry option, although the full menu may not be available during those times.
Full service will be from Lunch on Friday thru Breakfast on Sunday. A limited selection of self-service snacks and beverages will be available overnight.
