New Registration Procedures in 2008

For our 73rd Convention to be held Thursday, July 31 through Sunday, August 3, we will be making significant changes to the registration procedures. Please read the information below to understand what we are changing. Then, if you have any suggestions for what to include in the new online bulletin, you can email us at the .

New Registration Procedures for 2008:

• If you are on our mailing list, you will only receive a post card. We will not mail any other printed material.
  • You can use the post card as a reminder to register on-line.
  • Or, using the on-line bulletin, you can return the post card with a check to register by mail.
• There will be two versions of the bulletin:
  • A full version will be on our web site, as a downloadable and printable PDF or as a set of web pages.
  • We will have a much shorter version to mail to those few people who cannot get access to our online version.
• At the gate, you will receive a printed handout with schedule and other critical information. It will not be as large as the bulletin we have been previously handing out.

By going to an online bulletin, we are no longer constrained by space, and can include more information and details if needed. We would like your suggestions as to what you would like to see in the expanded online version, please send them to us at the . This new procedure should get the bulletin to you faster, and save us quite a bit on printing and postage.

For 2007, we made sure that everything in the bulletin was online, and had the opportunity to add additional information we did not have space to print. We judged this to be a success, and want to continue to streamline our registration processes going forward.
